3. SMS / Text Message Terms

Program Description

By opting in to SMS communications through our contact form, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Israel Medical Fund Corp, including offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).

Enrollment

• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval or any particular terms

Providing false or misleading information in connection with a funding application may constitute fraud and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

5. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an inquiry or application through this Site does not constitute a binding commitment by Israel Medical Fund Corp to provide financing. All applications are subject to our underwriting review, credit assessment, verification procedures, and applicable law. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

Any funding amounts, terms, rates, or timelines described on this Site are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed offers. Actual terms will be specified in any written term sheet or agreement executed between the parties.

6. Intellectual Property
